WHAT IS THE COMMUNITY READ?

The goal of the community read is to unite the communities of Franklin, Gasconade, and Warren counties together by reading the same book at the same time. Scenic Regional Library, Washington Public Library, and East Central College have partnered to host an annual Community Read each Spring. This year the Community Read will be March 20 to April 14 with kick-off events at each library on March 11. There will be free programs throughout the three-county area.
